Adieu to Summer
Monday, October 22, 2012 at 11:55AM Ugg. Some of you may already have experienced this but due to an usually long summer in The Bay, I had not. This morning I woke up to a torrential downpour. OK. I am exaggerating. But it was wet and cold and I wanted to crawl back into bed.
It was hard to admit.
But it was time.
Summer was and is officially over.
In honor of the amazing season, check out one of my fav summer outfits. It has color, it has an amazing print AND super fly colored jeans from Height Goddess. Not to mention the beautiful statement necklace from one of my fav local boutiques, Collage Clothing Lounge.
I loved wearing it on those breezy summer days where you are walking around without a care in the world. Ah, the memories. Like the corner of my mind...
Let me stop because one thing you don't want me to do is sing lol
Well summer, it's been real. Now onto all of the amazing fall and winter fashions! Woo Hoo!

Love love love the color, great look! We still haven't said good bye to summer here in Texas, but I am ready for fall!
I love this outfit! Btw, hi Height Goddess (I see you commented before me)...I'll be purchasing soon!! I have made a personal committment to not buy anything new until I reach my fitness goal. So come next summer I will be re-doing my entire wardrobe, can't wait!
Alicia Jay, be sure to share more stories/pics about your sewing journey. I haven't sewed in a few weeks, but I've got to get back to it so I can make some things for my friends baby.

So I can't even lie...I have been slacking on my sewing! I got so busy with work and TallSWAG:) that I have not had time to even think about it. I really want to take more lessons though...so stay tuned!
And keep it up on your fitness goals. I can't wait to see you rock your new wardrobe! Height Goddess is an excellent choice:) Did you see their new tops? #Obsessed!
